I’m Rémi, the kind of person who puts his boots where the snow crunches. As soon as the thaw sets in, I head for cooler climes: the Arctic, the Norwegian fjords, lights that dazzle the eyes. When winter returns, I come back to the heart of the Jura: I train ski patrollers, lend a hand at the resort and set up my HQ at my base camp with its yurt. There, I take you hiking, whisper my nature secrets… and treat you to meals that warm you as much as the stove does.
