With the Christmas holidays just around the corner, we thought it was time to share with you a mega-great deal, tested and approved by the DiscoveRent team: tree houses in Herbeumont, also known as " My bed in the tree" .
The tree houses in brief
Tree houses are designed to give you a break from everyday life. Sleeping in original, comfortable spaces in the middle of the forest gives you the break you've been looking for.
"The aim of our tree houses is to provide a place to recharge your batteries , spend quality time with friends and family, and live and consume differently," explains Fabien Ledecq. "So you won't find wifi in the cabins, and even less television. Here, it's all about board games, reading (second-hand, of course!) and creative games for the kids.
The cabins have all the comforts of home, including running water, heating and electricity. However, for the sake of overall coherence, they have decided to work with local craftsmen who are passionate about their craft. As a result, the huts are built from healthy, eco-friendly recycled materials. They also offer organic, fair-trade and local food.

We immediately got to know the team on site. They're super friendly and attentive to their customers' needs, and that's really important to us!

We decided to combine our 2 worlds to offer you a unique micro-adventure.
Over a winter weekend, come and recharge your batteries and switch off in the Herbeumont region for a unique experience. You'll spend 2 nights in the cocoon of your unusual cabin in the heart of nature and a day discovering packraft on one of Belgium's most beautiful rivers: the Vierre.
The winter season is ideal if you want to be alone in nature. Indeed, at this time of year, nature is still very wild. Who knows, maybe you'll have the chance to go packrafting in the middle of a snow-white landscape.
Don't worry: we'll provide you with a wetsuit that will cover you from head to toe and keep the water out. At the end of this adventure, you'll be as dry as when you started your day!
