I’m passionate about long-distance hiking in all its forms. Having hiked in around forty countries across five continents, my awareness of climate change has led me to focus on places I can reach from home without flying, using public transport whenever possible. Endlessly curious, I like to know where I’m setting foot: the history of places matters greatly to me, and I enjoy sharing what I know.
