Hi, I’m Virginie. I left my native Switzerland to settle in Grenoble, France. That’s where I discovered the best job in the world: being a mountain leader!

I’ve devoted myself fully to this work since the end of 2023. Always on the move, I explore the summits through trail running, hiking and climbing, just to keep things varied. Sharing my passion enriches me day by day, and I feel lucky to make a living from it.
