Reconnecting with nature, for me, primarily means restoring that bond with the environment that surrounds us. All species are sensitive to and dependent on this connection and we are no exception.
My travels and long self-sufficient treks abroad (Peru, Morocco, Asia, etc.), as well as in France with the crossing of the Pyrenees and many others, have taught me to push my limits, step out of my comfort zone, and turn hiking into a true form of active meditation through a wide variety of techniques.
