From 7.00 pm, we welcome you to the gîte and meet the other participants. We share a convivial aperitif followed by a dinner prepared with local and seasonal produce.
At the end of the evening, a guided breathing and meditation session helps everyone to refocus and start the weekend in a state of mindfulness. First night at the gîte, in a calm and rejuvenating atmosphere.
