Will we get to see the midnight sun?

Yes, you'll probably be able to see the midnight sun in Lofoten, as the best period is between May and the end of July.

How big will our rucksack be?

For this trip, we recommend that you take 2 rucksacks: a 20-litre rucksack and a 50-litre rucksack into which the 20-litre rucksack can fit. With this in mind, on hikes with bivouac nights, we will set up camp quickly so that we can lighten up and continue the hike with a small 20L rucksack on our backs.

What equipment do we need?

Once you've registered, we'll send you a personalised roadbook with a full list of the equipment you'll need. For bivouac nights, we provide tents but you will need to bring a sleeping bag and a mattress (0 to -5°C).

How comfortable will the nights in bivouac be?

On this trip, you will spend 4 nights in a bivouac. We will spend the nights in bivouacs on spots with a certain level of comfort: On the 2nd night, you will sleep at the Uttakleiv Beach campsite, known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Lofoten. On this spot, you'll have access to toilets and a tap. On the 6th night, you'll have access to toilets and showers.

On the first day, we'll meet at 5pm at Svolvaer airport, where your guide will pick you up and take you straight to the hotel where we'll spend our first night.

Can I privatise this expedition for my group?
