My name is Lou, and I’m an International mountain Leader (IML), instructor in kayaking, climbing, and cycling. I'm passionate about nature, adventure, and exploration it’s always a pleasure for me to take you across mountains and rivers.
Through play and practice, my goal is to gradually guide you toward autonomy!
