You dream of deep snow, quiet summits and wide frozen horizons lit by crisp blue skies or northern lights. Our Expeditions in January range from the Vosges to the Ecrins, from the Clarée and the Beaufortain to Finnish and Norwegian Lapland. Choose your flavour: cosy refuge snowshoeing, winter bivouac with pulka, tracking wolves with a naturalist, driving a dog team, progressive ski touring, or gentle micro adventures along the water.
Highlights include snowshoe routes in the Clarée valley, Haute Ubaye, the Vosges and across the Swiss Jura, the once in a lifetime igloo night facing La Meije, bivouac and pulka in the Cerces, and cani snowshoeing with Nordic dogs in the Ecrins. Wildlife lovers can follow wolf tracks in the Vercors or the Ecrins, and watch chamois and raptors with passionate local guides. On skis, start around Mont Blanc, the Grand Saint Bernard, the Aravis and the Ecrins, or aim higher with the Pierra Menta circuit and the expert Tour du Mont Viso. Head north for husky sledding, ski Altai and Arctic walks, or stay closer to home with a packraft introduction on the Semois or a bike and packraft combo in the Lesse valley. If you prefer to slow down, try a survival course in the Belgian Ardennes or a yoga retreat in Durbuy. Whatever you pick, our Expeditions in January are fully guided, safe and memorable.

On est arrivés en train de Valence TGV, n'ayant pas eu la possibilité de faire du covoiturage, Wildhartt nous a payé un taxi pour monter au col de la machine.
